This game won't let me play until I update. I just got this game and haven't even played yet. Oh, here's why it got 1 start, it also won't let me update. It simply days play. Not update. Time to delete. I'm sure I can find a better app

I personally love this game!Its Awesome and I also believe it’s by far one of the best Poker games around and I’ve checked out more then just a few! The only thing I don’t like is every time it wants to up date I have a heck of a time getting the game to open after download. Once I lost all my points and I was mad.

Clean install August 12th 2020. Opened the application. Tells me I need to upgrade and won’t let me do anything but say ok. No upgrade is there only this review page. Just a thought... Hire a tester! Uninstalling now and I won’t install anything from this joint again.

I have gotten an “update” request every two or three days for the last 6 months or so and there is NO UPDATE there once you click on the tab. I’ve been able to clear the screen in the past by powering my phone off but it didn’t work these last 2 attempts. I don’t know what’s wrong with this app but I’ve actually spent my hard earned money on here and I rarely get to play...

Unbelievable that you want everyone to contact your “support team” when EVERYONE is having no luck trying to update to your new version. Here’s a novel idea, why don’t YOU JUST FIX IT and save us the hassle of contacting your supplier team. Very poor customer service on your part

Enjoy the game but hate the ads at top plus the awful video of scatter slots. If that keeps up I will have to delete the game

Since they instituted a add policy it is terrible. I have played the game for years and enjoyed the play. Thanks to the new add policy it constantly interrupts. I counted three 30 second adds In two minutes. When I complained the response was “sorry we need the add revenue”. Apple is forcing more apps to pay up. My response is “sorry no needs a bad app. Not get this app not worth your time.

After the update all I get is ads. They interrupt deals. I hate it.

But the most recent update made my screen only half the size. Not sure what your update was meant to do but I don’t think that was your plan

Sent in a message to support that my player level had stopped working at 17748. No response in 5 days. So much for “support”.

I have the same problem with the update or new version they call it. Had this game for years, all of a sudden I was prompted to get get a new version. That was 4 days ago. Haven’t been able to play or access the game since then. I’ve forced closed the game, restarted my device ( I only have one), uninstalled & reinstalled. Nothing has worked.

I’ve played Duces Wild Poker for years at casinos. Have NEVER played that particular game with duces not labeled with WILD across them. Please add the WILD to all the duces. Other than that, I really like the design of your game. Also, you do need to solve the problem, as others have said, As I can’t update it, either! Thanks, Mrs. Clean PS: important! Says update available. Won’t let you play until you update. Problem is there is not a workable link in order to update. Other reviews stating the same problem has reply by the developer to contact support in order to get it to work. It shouldn’t work that way. Since it’s the update that caused the problem then the developer or support should fix it for everyone without each and every player having to contact support in order to play . Don’t you appreciate the players that generate income for you either by ad money or purchases.

I love playing this game, but I kept getting a message for an up date. Every time I tried to up date it sent me to this page and I don’t see a place to update. I even deleted the game and reinstalled it and the same thing happened. I have this game on my phone with the same result. Help, please. Thank you, Kay S

They only give you a $100 every four hours and the odds of winning are 50/50. Will not recommend.

Please, please, please, think about eliminating the key option. If not, at least give the player the opportunity to opt out. I see no real benefit of this particular feature. The thousand coin win isn’t worth what you have to go through to get it. It’s a real pain while playing the game. Jackie Bach I do enjoy playing the game, because it’s always fun to win jackpots, which obviously allows you to play longer. I would have given it more stars, but I wish the developer could speed it up a bit—since I joined a “Club,” before I can play another hand, either the adding points to the club or the Play again response slows it down. Also, adding different versions of the games would help. There are so many variations of video poker and it would be fun to try others on this app.

Credit Card used for this app purchase was hacked. Resolved with my bank a year ago. But this has me blocked to purchase anymore points. Please help me resolve. Waiting to hear from you.
